Last week’s “Reflect and Envision” event was a transformative experience that brought together passionate individuals from diverse coaching communities. The energy was electric, and the spirit of growth and connection palpable.

“Reflect and Envision” was more than an event; it was a journey of self-discovery and communal inspiration. It reminded us that while our paths are unique, our shared experiences and goals connect us deeply. Here’s to carrying the energy of this event into 2024 and beyond!

“The Leadership Transformation Practical Workshop: A Visual Guide to Discovering Your Future” is designed for current and aspiring leaders who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and professional growth.

“The masterclass by Vsevolod Zelenin turned out to be two hours long and could have continued even longer – it was that interesting, filled with examples and practical information.

We discussed types of social intelligence and strategies of social elevators. I believe it’s a skill – to unfold a complex topic in two hours in such a way that the ideas can be immediately applied, to at least see one’s strategies.
My personal discoveries: not only can one continue with the ‘sport-record’ strategy, which involves step by step progression, but also legitimize ‘sympathy-protection.’ Who knew that was even possible?

Highlights:
1. Recognize the cognitive and emotional presence of transference, resistance, and repetition compulsion.
2. Identify the roles, functions, and influence of transference, resistance, and repetition compulsion in progressing toward goal achievement.
3. Evaluate the Silent Coach Approach to collecting data indicating the influence of transference, resistance, and repetition compulsion associated with goal achievement.
4. Provide literature recommendations for further study of transference, resistance, and repetition compulsion.

Purpose: The article aims to analyze the possible development of managerial and leadership skills of managers of business organizations through variable coaching models, the practice of which confirms their effectiveness and feasibility.
