Masterclass “Coaching of Status”
Author / speakers:
Master Trainer ICU and PhD Vsevolod Zelenin
Date (of last updates):
26.11.2023
Language (-es):
Russian
Availability:
Members ONLY
Short Description:
“The masterclass by Vsevolod Zelenin turned out to be two hours long and could have continued even longer – it was that interesting, filled with examples and practical information.
We discussed types of social intelligence and strategies of social elevators. I believe it’s a skill – to unfold a complex topic in two hours in such a way that the ideas can be immediately applied, to at least see one’s strategies.
My personal discoveries: not only can one continue with the ‘sport-record’ strategy, which involves step by step progression, but also legitimize ‘sympathy-protection.’ Who knew that was even possible?
Thank you for the new concept, applicable to coaching. I’m off to read the book ‘Status Coaching.” – feedback from one of the ICU Members
