| Master Trainer of coaching and NLP from the international organization ICTA (International Coach and Trainer Association) and ICU.
Fellow Member Trainer (analogous of Master Trainer) of NLP from IANLP (International Association of NLP). Master-Trainer is the highest status in the world, it is received for a special contribution to the development of these areas. This status allows you to train and certify trainers. There are not many specialists in the world with this status, in Israel there are only two of them besides me.
I have 4 NLP Trainer certificates from various international organizations, which allow me to certify specialists in NLP at all levels. One certificate I am particularly proud of is from one of the founders of NLP, Frank Pucelik.
Certified business coach from ICU (International Coaches Union) and conduct business and corporate training trainings.
Master-Coach (MCIL) and certified supervisor in Israeli Association of Coaching Master-Trainer in Israeli Association of NLP
Certified Master-Hypnotist in the Classical and Ericsonian hypnosis and hypnotherapy in Eastern Europe Association of Hypnotherapists and in Word University for development of Science (Belgium). I train therapists and use NLP methods in psychotherapy.

| Founder of two training centers in Israel. In 2006, together with a colleague, I created the center, which is currently the largest and most famous Russian-speaking training center in Israel.
In 2012, I founded the second training center – “Successful Life”, which I currently manage.
One of the founders of the Israeli Association of NLP, Master-Trainer and a part of the NLP schools accreditation committee. Our committee has accredited most of the Israeli NLP schools.
Since 2006 has conducted more than 60 certification programs in NLP (including 3 Trainer’s Trainings), 6 certification coaching programs, 6 family coaching specialization programs, hundreds of hypnosis and hypnotherapy trainings, emotional intellect and presentation skills seminars. Around 5000 graduates. Most of the trainings were conducted in Israel (in Russian and Hebrew language), but also in many other countries, including USA, Eastern and Western Europe and Asia.
Over the years has developed my own approaches in NLP and coaching, methods and techniques which I’m teaching during my trainings.
