I am a certified Professional Coach (ICU) based in Chemnitz, Germany.

I work with people who are going through periods of change, looking for clarity, new direction and greater inner stability. My coaching focuses on personal and professional transitions, self-discovery, decision-making, resources and finding a path that feels genuinely one’s own.

I believe that coaching is not about giving ready-made answers. It is a space where people can slow down, see their situation more clearly, reconnect with their own values and resources, and find their own answers.

I offer individual coaching online and in person in Chemnitz. My working languages are Russian and German.

I am a mother of three and have personal experience of immigration and building a life in a new country. The themes of change, adaptation, integration and finding one’s place in a new environment are therefore very familiar to me — not only professionally, but personally as well.

Outside of coaching, I love books, nature and sports. I am curious about people, their stories and the different ways we create meaningful lives.
